WMF Art Nouveau lidded box / cigarette box - WMF Art Nouveau lidded box / cigarette box Geislingen circa 1910-1920. Rectangular box with hinged lid made of silver-plated metal over a solid glass body. The lid with stylized geometric decor in Art Nouveau or early Art Deco style. Punched on the side with WMF oxidised metal mark ”OX” and other manufacturer's marks. Dimensions: 16.5 x 8.2 x 6.3 cm. Signs of age and wear, oxidation and abrasion marks on the metal, glass with slight scratches.
