Swivel Chair Modus Medium refurbished, Wilkhahn, Bad Münder 2004/2025 - Swivel Chair Modus Medium refurbished - Franck, Sauer, Wiege, Frenkler and Kolberg Wilkhahn, Bad Münder 2004/2025. Aluminum, various plastics. Blue seat cover. H. up to 111 cm. Designed by Klaus Franck (1932-2025), Werner Sauer (born 1950), Büro Wiege, Fritz Frenkler (born 1954), Justus Kolberg (born 1962). The ”Modus Medium” swivel chair is part of an extensive office chair program by Wilkhahn that has remained largely unchanged on the market since 1994. The used chairs (the present one formerly stood in the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament) are dismantled at Wilkhahn, and wear parts, such as covers and upholstery, are removed from the construction. The remaining metal and plastic components undergo a functional test and thorough cleaning. Afterwards, the chairs receive new upholstery and covers. Once reassembled, the overhauled chair has the optical and functional quality of a new model. Pre-inspection possible at the August Kestner Museum.
