Lot Egyptian Predynastic Style Terracotta Figures
Featuring a beak-like head and contorted pose, the painted terracotta figurine is a typical, simple and abbreviated depiction of female bodies in the formative Predynastic Period (c.5000-3000 BC). Most likely icons of fertility, or rebirth. Approximately 5 inches H x 4 W.
