Antique Chinese or Vietnamese Blue and White Deer Dish - Stoneware dish, painted in underglaze blue and iron-brown with a central medallion depicting a stylized deer standing in a landscape beneath foliage with three cloud scrolls. Covered overall with a clear glaze now displaying a network of fine crackle and areas of burial staining. The foot ring left unglazed, revealing the coarse buff body with spiral turning marks. Measuring 4 inches diameter.
