She is shown wearing a bejeweled tiara, drop earrings, and an emerald and pearl necklace, with a high-waisted Empire-style gown and puffed sleeves, adorned with gold embroidery. This work is painted with great attention to detail, after the 1808 portrait by Francois Gerard.
