Inuit Stone Carving Human Face Plaque - Canada, mid-20th century hand-carved Inuit face plaque rendered in mottled green serpentine with grey-white veining. The stylized facial features—arched brows, nose, and parted lips—emerge naturally from the stone’s contours, a hallmark of early mid-20th-century Inuit carving. The back retains the original “Igloo” Eskimo Art label, indicating authentication and government support for Inuit artists beginning in the 1950s.  Serpentine stone, measuring approx. 4.5 x 3.5 in. Condition: General wear, minor abrasions, consistent with age and handling.
