The composition features a finely lashed sled with four carved sled dogs attached by rawhide thongs. One dog figure has become detached but is preserved. A remarkable example of Inuit craftsmanship and cultural representation, these miniatures capture the importance of the dog sled in Arctic survival and transportation.
