The heavy copper-form body features intricately detailed hand-laid wire work filled with vibrant polychrome enamels, depicting dense scrolling floral tendrils, butterflies, and geometric borders. Raised on a carved dark wood presentation stand. 14.5 inches W x 6 H, on stand measures 9.5 inches H. Before achieving worldwide acclaim for high-end luxury furniture, Robert Kuo established the Kuo's China Cloison studio in Beverly Hills, California, after emigrating from Taiwan in 1973.
