Shanghai Weave Bamboo Rattan Box Curious Owl Lid - THE SIMON CHANG COLLECTION - A rectangular shaped vintage Chinese handmade woven Shanghai weave rattan and bamboo box with wood rims, the top with an intricately woven curious owl with various carved and worked applied elements, the body of the box with a multi tone design resembling tartan, the underside of lid with the Shanghai Handicrafts paper label stamped 325-1888, circa mid-century 2nd half 20th century. Dimensions: 8 inches H x 8 W x 5 deep.
