Chinese Antique Red Satin Pearl Embroidered Han Skirt - THE SIMON CHANG COLLECTION - A stunningly crafted museum quality Chinese antique bright red satin woman's skirt, the body of the skirt on the front and back elaborately and finely hand embroidered in silk showing a pearl and coral embroidered crane standing upon a bright pink chrysanthemum above kesi embroidered lishui wave border, incredibly detailed embroidered butterfly throughout and minute tiny insects and other features amongst a floral and foliate design, unlined and fastens with an eye and hook at the upper tapered waist, circa late Qing dynasty circa 1910. Measuring 37 inches L x 25 W at hem, waist measures 17 inches laying flat.
