שולחן ערוך אורח חיים, "מגיני ארץ" עם המפרשים על הדף: טורי זהב, מגן אברהם, באר הגולה, עטרת זקנים, אבן העוזר ועוד. [מדפוסי גרמניה בשנות הת"ק - דיהרנפורט? תקע"א? - חסר תחילה וסוף].
בשולי הגליונות למעלה ממאה הגהות בכתב יד [שנות הת"ר בקירוב], רובן ארוכות במיוחד. חלקם חידושים של הכותב, וחלקם העתקות מספרי האחרונים ["מ"ח" - מקור חיים; ועוד].
חותמת בעלות [בעברית וברוסית] של רבי "יהודה ראטנער" [כנראה ממשפחת רוטנר ממוהילוב, משפחה מפורסמת של נגידים ותלמידי חכמים].
עותק חסר בתחילתו ובסופו. דפים ו-רצ, ודף רצד בלבד. 37.5 ס"מ. מצב בינוני. כתמים ובלאי. קרעים ודפים מנותקים. ללא כריכה.
