ספר תפלת ישרים, לכל יום משבעה ימי השבוע והמזמור, שחבר רבי יהודה אריה ממודינה. ונציה, דפוס Bragadina, [תקנ"ג 1793].
רישום בכתב-יד בדף השער: "של נחמיה משה קאלאבריסי" (בדף המגן רישום נוסף שלו באיטלקית, משנת 1818). רישום בכתב-יד בדף המגן: "הספר הזה מתנה הוא מאת כ' יוסף אסקולי יצ"ו, ביום כ"ה בשבט ש' התרס"ג, הצ' מידד חזקיה רוקא".
מו דף. 13 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים. בלאי. קרעים, בהם קרע חסר בשולי דף השער ודפים נוספים, משוקמים בהדבקות נייר. שני דפים מנותקים. כריכה ישנה, עם בלאי ופגמים.
