סדר ארבע תעניות, מוגה על ידי רבי מנשה בן ישראל. אמשטרדם, דפוס אליהו אבוהב, [ת"ד 1644].
תפילות לעשרה בטבת, תענית אסתר, שבעה עשר בתמוז ותשעה באב. מעבר לשער נדפסו דברי המגיה, רבי מנשה בן ישראל.
רישומי בעלות ורישומים שונים מהמאות ה-17 וה-18.
קיו דף. 15.5 ס"מ. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים. בדף השער, סימני עש וקרע חסר, עם פגיעות בטקסט ובמסגרת השער (הקרע משוקם בהדבקת נייר, על חלק מהמסגרת). רישומים וחותמת. כריכת עץ ועור מקורית, עם שרידי אבזמים, ללא שדרה. פגמים בכריכה.
