כתב-יד על דף קלף, "סדר פדיון הבן אשר סידר הרב ז"ל [זכור לאברהם] אלקלעי זלע"ה". [טורקיה?/מדינות הבלקן?, ראשית המאה ה-19 בערך]. לאדינו ועברית.
דיו על קלף. כתיבה מרובעת, מנוקדת, עם הוראות באותיות לא מנוקדות ויותר קטנות.
בראש הדף: "קדש לי כל בכור פטר כל רחם בבני ישראל באדם ובבהמה לי הוא".
סדר פדיון הבן, על פי ספר "זכור לאברהם" לרבי אברהם אלקלעי (חלק ג', יו"ד, ערך פדיון). התפילה הפותחת מופיעה בלאדינו וכן ההוראות. יתר הברכות והתפילות מופיעים בעברית.
