ספר מגלה עמוקות, רנ"ב אופנים לביאור תפלת "ואתחנן" עפ"י הקבלה, מהגאון רבי נתן נטע שפירא אב"ד קראקא ואבי תורת הקבלה בארצות אשכנז. פיורדא, דפוס יוסף בן זלמן שניאור, תנ"א [1691]. מהדורה שנייה.
בדף מד1, הגהה בכתב-יד איטלקי.
[2], קב דף. 19.5 ס"מ. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים. סימני עש עם פגיעות בטקסט. קרעים חסרים בשולי מספר דפים, ללא פגיעה בטקסט. כריכה עתיקה עם שדרת קלף. פגמים וסימני עש בכריכה.
בין הדפים נמצא דף קטן הכתוב משני צידיו, בכתיבה ספרדית, ובו טיוטת מכתב מאת רב לא-מזוהה (לא חתום), הכותב לחברו המחפש עצה לתקנת עגונות, בעקבות קבלת "נימוסי המלכות" [חוק "נישואין אזרחיים"]. במכתבו הוא מטכס עצה לחוקק תקנה, כי המגרש במשרדי הממשלה, יהיה מחוייב גם לפטור את אשתו "בגט כשר" כדת משה וישראל.
