ספר ארבעה טורים, עם "בית יוסף", חלק חושן משפט. זיטומיר, דפוס רבי חנינא ליפא ורבי יהושע העשיל שפירא, תרי"ט 1858.
חלק א (סי' א-קעה): 428 עמ'; חלק ב (סי' קעו-תכה): 260; 380 [צ"ל: 128] עמ'. ללא דף השער של החלק השני (דף-שער זה נרשם במפעל הביבליוגרפיה, אך אינו מופיע בעותק הסרוק שבספרייה הלאומית). 34 ס"מ. מצב משתנה, דפים ראשונים ואחרונים במצב בינוני, רוב הדפים במצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים, בהם כתמי רטיבות. סימני עש, בעיקר בדפים הראשונים והאחרונים, עם פגיעות בטקסט. קרעים במספר מקומות, עם פגיעה בטקסט באחד מהדפים. רישומים. כריכת עור מקורית, פגומה, עם סימני עש רבים וקרעים (שדרה מנותקת).
