כתב-יד על קלף, "שיויתי" עם שמות קדושים ו"מנורת למנצח". [ארץ ישראל או עירק?, שנות הת"ר בקירוב, המאה ה-19/20 בקירוב].

דיו על קלף דק. בכתיבה מרובעת קליגרפית ורהוטה [כתיבה מזרחית, בבלית?].

בראש הדף: "מורא ופחד – ברוך הוא וברוך שמו – שויתי...". כפי הנראה, נכתב ונתלה כקמע שמירה לבית.

15-16 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים ובלאי. נתון ומודבק בתוך מסגרת קטיפה, עץ וזכוכית (לא נבדק מחוץ למסגרת).
