ספר דברי דוד, שו"ת מאת רבי דוד מילדולה מאמשטרדם, כולל תשובות מאת רבי אריה ליב אב"ד אמשטרדם וחתן ה"חכם צבי". אמשטרדם, דפוס הירץ לוי רופא וחתנו קאשמן, [תקי"ג, 1753]. מהדורה ראשונה.

כרוך בכריכת עור מקורית, עם הטבעות מוזהבות (דהויות) בשדרה.

הסכמות רבות בראש הספר, כולל שירים ומליצות בשבח הספר. בין ההסכמות הסכמה מעניינת מאת בעל ה"פני יהושע", הכותב כי "הגיעו ימי הזקנה והשיבה להתבודד ולבקש מנוח, ולעיר הקודש שמתי פני".

רישום בכתב-יד בדף המגן: "זה ד"ד [דברי דוד] נתן לי במתנה גמורה לקיים עץ וכ' [=וכו', "עץ חיים היא למחזיקים בה ותומכיה מאושר"] הקטן כ"ה אברהם בר שלמה ז"ל מכפר אלטין בוך [Altenbuch]". רישום נוסף: "דוד בן כ"ה משה לבת[!] קנוהק, תר"ע לפ"ק".
