Refael Meldola. Prayers for weekdays, Shabbat, festivals, high holidays, Torah readings, Five Megillot, Pirkei Avot, fast days, piyyutim, poems and bakashot. With halachot, customs and commentaries. At end, commentary on the Jewish calendar, with various charts, by R. David Meldola. Based on Beit Tefillah siddur (Amsterdam, 1711-1713), with many additions. [4], 112, 213-277; 135 leaves. Lacking last 7 leaves (136-142), with end of charts and key to charts. 17 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains, including light dampstains. Light wear to some leaves. Close trimming, affecting page headers in several places. Faded ink on title page (possibly an original printing defect). Original leather binding, with decorations to spine (nearly all worn and faded). Much wear and defects to binding and spine. Bookplate of Mozes Heiman Gans.
