סדר תפלה מראשית השנה ועד אחרית השנה, כמנהג אשכנז פיהם פולין מעהרין, עם תרגום ליידיש, ועם תהלים. פיורדא, דפוס חיים בן צבי הירש, [תק"כ 1760].

התרגום ליידיש נדפס מעל שורות התפילה (המתרגם הוא רבי יחיאל מיכל הכהן מפיורדא).

שער מיוחד לספר תהלים (בספר תהלים מופיע גם פירוש קצר מלוקט מהרד"ק וממפרשים נוספים).

סידור: קכה, [1] דף. תהלים: ד, צב דף. 20 ס"מ. מצב משתנה בין הדפים, בינוני עד בינוני-טוב. כתמים, בהם כתמי רטיבות וכתמים כהים. בלאי וקמטים. קרעים וקרעים חסרים, עם פגיעות בטקסט, משוקמים בחלקם בהדבקות נייר (במקומות שונים הודבקו קטעי נייר מודפסים, עם תוכן שאינו מתאים לטקסט החסר). כריכה עתיקה, עם שדרה ופינות מעור. בלאי ופגמים בכריכה.

מהדורה נדירה. במפעל הביבליוגרפיה נרשם הספר על פי צילום דף השער בלבד, והתיאור הוא על פי L. Loewenstein, Die hebraeschen Druckereien in Fuerth, JJLG, X, 1912, p. 42, no. 147.
