ספר סדר חמשה תעניות, כמנהג ק"ק ספרדים. אמשטרדם, דפוס אברהם בן רפאל חזקיהו עטיאש, [ת"ק 1740].

מהדורה מיניאטורית.

כריכת עור מקורית, עם עיטורים בהטבעות מוזהבות (דהויים).

תפילות וקריאות לצום גדליה, עשרה בטבת, תענית אסתר, י"ז בתמוז ותשעה באב.

רישום בכתב-יד בדף המגן.

קצט, [1] דף. שיבוש בסדר דפים קלג-קמ. 8.5 ס"מ. חיתוך דפים מוזהב (דהוי). מצב בינוני-טוב. כתמים. בלאי קל. קרעים חסרים במספר דפים, עם פגיעות בטקסט, וקרעים קטנים בשולי חלק מהדפים. כריכת עור מקורית, מנותקת ברובה, עם פגמים (קרע חסר בראש השדרה).
