ספר רפואת הנפש, תפילות לחולים ולגוססים, מלוקט מספר שני לוחות הברית. אמשטרדם, דפוס אלמנה עם יתמי יעקב פרופס כ"ץ, [תקמ"ח, 1788]. פורמט כיס.

התפילות בספר מלוקטות מספר "שני לוחות הברית" לבעל השל"ה הקדוש, וממקורות נוספים, בעריכתו של רבי אליקים שץ מקאמרנא (שם העורך לא נזכר במהדורה שלפנינו).

רישום בכתב-יד (ביידיש) בבטנת הכריכה האחורית.
