A Collection of Victorian Silverplate and Glass Tableware, including a Cruet Set - A Victorian silver-plated cruet set featuring an ornate stand with a decorative handle, holding four etched glass condiment bottles; two fitted with silver-plated shaker tops and two with faceted glass stoppers. The underside of the cruet stand is marked ”39”. Further comprising a collection of associated silver-plated and glass tableware items, including two additional detached etched glass bottles (one with a silver-plated cap and separate domed lid, the other with a glass stopper), a glass pitcher with a silver-plated hinged lid, a small silver-plated hand bell, and a pair of tall, hexagonal-based silver-plated shakers with conical tops, one base marked ”25”. Also included is a pair of silver-plated decorative tongs. The collection is predominantly crafted from silver-plated metal and clear glass, consistent with late 19th or early 20th-century production. Tongs approximately 5.5-6 inches.
