A Group of Minton 'Florentine' Tureen & 7 Soup Bowls - A group of Minton 'Florentine' earthenware bowls and a covered serving dish, dating to the late 19th century Victorian period. The group comprises of shallow bowls and an oval lidded serving dish. The intricate Neo-Renaissance or grotesque style 'Florentine' pattern is rendered in maroon, gold, black, and grey on an off-white ground, depicting classical motifs including winged figures, urns, elaborate scrolls, and profile medallions, bordered by a gold scalloped line.  Bowls: 9 inches (22.86 cm) diameter Serving dish: 11 1/2 inches (29.21 cm) length
