The pieces feature a classic mid-1970s aesthetic with a white/cream body, a single brown band along the rim, and a vibrant floral decoration of stylized red and orange poppies with brown stems. This extensive set includes at least four large oval platters, two smaller oval serving bowls, a teapot, a lidded sugar jar, a creamer, a handled gravy boat, and a mug. Visible markings on the base state 'LAMBETHWARE Royal Doulton Fieldflower L.S.1019 MADE IN ENGLAND © ROYAL DOULTON TABLEWARE LTD. 1976,' along with care instructions: 'DISHWASHER PROOF, DETERGENT PROOF, FREEZER & OVEN PROOF.' One large oval platter measures approximately 17 inches in length. One smaller oval serving bowl measures approximately 10 inches in length.
