Alpina Solingen - Germany Two-Piece Carving Set, Stainless Steel - An Alpina Solingen - Germany two-piece carving set. Comprising a knife with an approximately 8-inch stainless steel blade and a two-tine stainless steel fork. Both pieces feature cream-colored synthetic handles with metallic bolsters and end caps. The set is presented in its original blue cardboard box with a crimson velvet-lined interior. The box lid is printed 'FINE SHEFFIELD CUTLERY' and 'Sheffield, England', however, the carving fork is clearly marked 'ALPINA', 'SOLINGEN - GERMANY', 'STAINLESS'. Knife length: 12.5 inches Fork length: 10.5 inches Very good condition. The metallic components are bright, and the handles are clean. The original presentation box shows minor external wear consistent with age and storage.
