The collection includes a large, deep porcelain ashtray decorated with bold blue underglaze leaf motifs, geometric patterns, and gilt accents, bearing a ”金三光” (Kin Sanko / Kan Mitsuteru) mark on its base, consistent with Fukagawa Japanese Porcelain Ashtray Bowls. Also present is a round, vibrant blue enamel-on-metal dish featuring a multi-colored dotted starburst design, marked ”HANDCRAFTED BY Bovano OF CHESHIRE CONN.”. Another piece is a round, speckled cream ceramic ashtray with a central hand-painted blue floral motif, labeled ”MADE IN JAPAN COUNTERPOINT SAN FRANCISCO 94103®”. A smaller ceramic dish with a blue bird design on a cream ground is signed ”Ameck” on its base, while an octagonal stoneware dish features two integrated pig figurines. Completing the set is a whimsical ceramic dish with a glazed dragon figure embracing a basin of blue glass frit.
