The central deity is positioned within a large mandorla and surrounded by smaller attendant figures, deities, and flowering lotus blossoms. The work is executed in mineral pigments on a textile substrate. The painting is framed by its original textile borders, which feature a patterned band at the top and bottom. The piece is mounted on a black velvet fabric-covered board with a coarse-weave reverse and an attached hanging cord.
