A General Electric 12 Inch Stationary Brass Bladed Desk Fan - A General Electric stationary electric desk fan, circa 1920. The fan features a dark brown motor housing and a matching circular base embossed with the General Electric name and monogram. It is equipped with four metal blades protected by a brass-finished wire cage, which displays a central GE monogram hub. The motor is supported by a fixed neck on a weighted base. The underside of the base is constructed of cast metal and includes a mounting bracket. The power cord is fitted with a vintage two-prong clear plastic plug. Height: 12 inches Fair to good condition. The metal blades show visible surface pitting and oxidation. The motor housing and base exhibit scuffing and paint loss. The wire cage finish shows general wear and tarnishing consistent with age. Powers on! The electrical components have not been tested for functionality.
