Antique Majestic Floor-Standing Tube Radio on Integrated Stand - An antique Majestic floor-standing tube radio dating from the late 1920s to early 1930s. The arched wooden cabinet features decorative finials and an ornate fretwork speaker grille with an aged fabric backing. The front panel includes a recessed tuning dial housed in a metal plate labeled Majestic, detailed with inlaid border banding and two decorative metal control knobs. A side-mounted toggle switch with an ornate ON/OFF plate provides power control. The radio is integrated into a matching four-legged wooden stand characterized by turned legs and H-form stretchers. 38 3/4 x 18 1/2 x 12 3/4 inches Radio is untested. The item exhibits age-appropriate condition with visible wear to the wood finish, minor surface scuffs, and some fraying/tearing to the speaker grille cloth.
