American Bosch Model 58 Gothic Revival Wood Radio Console - This American Bosch Model 58 floor-standing radio console was manufactured by the American Bosch Magneto Corporation of Springfield, Massachusetts. The cabinet is constructed of dark wood and features Gothic Revival styling with an ornate scrolled lattice overlay on the fabric speaker grille. The front control panel includes a relief-molded coat of arms and the text BOSCH RADIO, alongside a rectangular tuning dial and three circular control knobs. The internal vacuum tube chassis contains components specified for UX-280 and UX-245 tubes. 39 x 26.25 x 13 inches The wood cabinet exhibits age-related wear, including surface scratches, and minor finish loss along the edges. The internal metal chassis shows signs of surface oxidation. The fabric-covered power cord is heavily frayed near the plug. The unit is currently untested.
