Crosley Model 811 Art Deco Style Floor Console Radio - A Crosley Model 811 floor console radio featuring an Art Deco style wooden cabinet with mixed veneers and rounded side pillars. The central control panel includes a circular multi-band tuning dial listing international cities and shortwave frequencies, flanked by push-button station selectors and master tone control switches for bass and treble. The lower portion of the cabinet houses a large speaker behind a vertical slatted wooden grille with fabric backing. Internal inspection reveals an original vacuum tube chassis, stamped with serial number 279221, and a speaker unit manufactured for Crosley by Magnavox. 41 x 28 x 12.75 inches Powers on. The piece is in original, unrestored condition, showing age-appropriate wear including surface scratches, minor veneer chips, and localized finish loss, particularly along the edges and base. There is tearing/fraying on the fabric.
