General Electric Model A318 Mid-Century Stereo Console
This General Electric Model A318 stereo console is a mid-century home audio unit housed in a wooden cabinet with a warm finish. The exterior features a colonial-style design with decorative turned spindles over fabric speaker grilles and a central panel with faux-drawer pulls. The interior is accessed via a split-top lid and contains an integrated General Electric turntable with four speeds including 16, 33, 45, and 78 RPM, equipped with a Man-Made Diamond Stylus. The unit also includes a Stereo Star AM/FM stereo radio tuner with controls for loudness, balance, treble, and bass. Markings include the General Electric brand name and model number A318.

Radio & turntable both work.
The unit shows signs of age-appropriate wear, including surface scratches & scuffs. The rear manufacturer label is stained and partially obscured. Electrical tape is visible on the external wiring at the rear.
