Mid-Century Zenith Plastic and Metal AM/FM Table Radio - This mid-century table radio by the Zenith Radio Corporation is housed in a grey plastic cabinet with a top-mounted, brown ribbed carrying handle. The front features a circular tuning dial with a perforated metal speaker grille at its center, displaying both AM (standard broadcast) and FM frequency bands. Two cream-colored, ribbed plastic knobs for tuning and volume are positioned at the lower corners. The reverse side is fitted with a brown fiberboard cover with ventilation holes, marked with the manufacturer's name, Zenith Radio Corporation, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., and serial number S-17787. An external blue antenna wire is connected to the rear terminals. Width: 13 1/2 inches Depth: 7 1/2 inches Was working when it was cataloged.
