Set of Three Chinese Black Lacquer and Mother-of-Pearl Wall Panels - Measurements: Each panel is approximately 12 inches in width x 36 inches tall The lacquer surfaces show visible scratches, scuffs, and general age-related wear. There is significant rubbing and thinning to the gilt-painted highlights and borders. The mother-of-pearl and shell inlays exhibit some lifting, minor cracking, and small localized losses. One panel has a structural split at the bottom edge of the frame. The reverse of all three panels shows significant wear, including heavy scuffing and substantial loss to the black backing paint.
