Sterling Marcasite & Garnet Moth Brooch 8.0 Grams - This sterling silver brooch is designed in the form of a luna moth with an oxidized finish. The reverse of the piece is stamped 925. The brooch is secured with a horizontal pin and a rolling safety catch. Width: 2 inches Weight: 8.0 grams. The brooch is in very good condition. All marcasite and accent stones appear present and securely set. The metal exhibits a deliberate oxidized patina. The pin mechanism is functional.
