Czechoslovakian Cobalt Blue Glass Perfume Bottle with Ornate Metal Overlay - This perfume bottle is manufactured in Czechoslovakia, as evidenced by the incised mark on the base. The piece is constructed from deep cobalt blue blown glass in a rectangular form, featuring horizontal rib-molded detailing on the lower portion of the body. The glass is encased in a decorative metal alloy overlay with a dull silver and brass-toned finish. The overlay displays beaded textures, scrollwork, and pierced geometric patterns. The bottle is fitted with an exceptionally long, tapering metal stopper that functions as an internal applicator. The stopper features a threaded base for a secure screw-top closure and is topped with a knurled and tiered decorative finial. The flat base of the bottle bears the incised mark MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA along the top edge, with partially visible numerals 20 below.
