Two Yellow Ware Banded Mixing Bowls - A pair of yellow ware pottery mixing bowls featuring banded decoration. The first bowl is finished in a deep honey-toned glaze and decorated with two sets of blue and white horizontal bands. The underside of the circular base features an impressed numeral 10. The second bowl is finished in a lighter buff glaze with pink and blue horizontal banding. This piece features a decorative wavy-molded rim and a square foot. Height: 5.5 inches Diameter: 9.5 to 10.5 inches Both bowls exhibit visible surface crazing consistent with age and use. The lighter buff-colored bowl shows several small chips along the upper molded rim.
