Task Force Games Star Fleet Battles Designer's Edition Board Game 5001 - This is a boxed set of the Star Fleet Battles Designer's Edition, a tactical space combat board game published by Task Force Games of Amarillo, Texas. Released in 1979Internal components include partially punched die-cut counter sheets and additional loose counters stored in plastic bags. The lot also features multiple Ship System Display (SSD) sheets for vessels including the Kzinti Attack Shuttle Carrier, Light Cruiser, Small Freighter, and Large Freighter, as well as various reference charts and tables. The box exterior and interior counters bear the Task Force Games name and the 1979 copyright date. The catalog number 5001 is printed on the box sides and reverse. Length: 11.25 inches Width: 8.75 inches The game is in used, vintage condition. The outer box shows moderate shelf wear, including corner and edge rubbing, surface scuffing, and minor creasing. The reverse of the box has yellowed adhesive residue from old tape. Internal paper and cardboard components show light handling wear and age-related toning but remain clear and legible. Die-cut counters have been partially punched from their original sheets. A full inventory has not been performed.
