Lalique France Grand Nacre Glass Butterfly Wing Figurine - A molded glass figurine by Lalique France in the Grand Nacre butterfly pattern. The piece is designed as a single stylized butterfly wing standing upright on an integrated base. The glass displays a vertical color gradient, transitioning from a deep cranberry red at the base to a translucent lavender-purple at the upper edges. The surface is decorated with fine, incised lines representing wing veins which are filled with silver-tone pigment. Patterns of small black and white stippled dots are interspersed throughout the wing cells. The lower portion of the wing structure incorporates a molded representation of a butterfly head and body. The underside of the base features a hand-etched script signature reading Lalique France with a copyright symbol. A small rectangular white paper label printed with the number 30117 is also adhered to the base. Height: 2.25 inches Width: 1.75 inches. This item is in very good condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs are visible upon inspection. The hand-applied surface decoration, including the pigmented lines and stippled dots, appears to be fully intact.
