Kramer Blue Rhinestone Fringe Brooch - This Kramer of New York brooch features a butterfly-shaped head accented with light blue faceted rhinestones in round and pear cuts. Three articulated fringe strands hang from the center, creating a tiered waterfall design in a silver-tone setting. The reverse side contains the maker mark Kramer of New York within an oval cartouche. Width: 2 inches Length: 2.25 inches. The piece is in very good vintage condition with all stones present and secure in their prong settings. Minor darkening is visible on a few stones from age-related foil wear, and the silver-tone reverse shows light surface scratches. The pin mechanism and safety catch are fully functional.
