Mexican Sterling Silver and Wood Bangle - A mid-century Mexican modernist hinged bangle featuring polished dark hardwood and embossed silver metal. The decorative metal hinge and clasp covers display repoussé foliate and floral patterns. Stamped MEXICO and MEX marks are located on the interior hinge plates. Width: 1.25 inches Inner Diameter: 2.5 inches Outer Diameter: 3.5 inches. Good vintage condition with light surface scuffing to the wood and heavy natural patina to the silver. Small spots of green oxidation are visible near the interior hinge joints, though the pin closure remains fully functional.
