Trio of Mottahedeh Floral Cachepots - This set of three graduated Mottahedeh ceramic cachepots features hand-painted polychrome floral bouquets in the 18th-century European botanical style. Each vessel displays a fluted body, scalloped rims with dark-painted edges, and scrolled handles with decorative black feathering. The underside of each piece bears a black circular Mottahedeh design mark and the hand-painted pattern number S. 6412. Large Cachepot: 5.5 inches height, Small Cachepots: 3.5 inches height, 6 inches diameter. The set is in very good condition with fine, stable crazing throughout the glaze. Light shelf wear and minor discoloration are present on the unglazed foot rims.
