The final four leaves here transcribe a lengthy admonition of by the MaHaRa’L of Prague concerning the drinking of stam yeinam (non-Jewish originated wine).

Prof. Haym Soloveitchik has discussed at length that both Italian and Moravian Jewry were lax in this respect, and how halakhists dealt with such a challenge to traditional observance.
