The only published work by the Spanish rabbi, Yitzhak Campanton (1360-1463) who lived at a time when rabbinic scholarship and Talmudic erudition was on the decline among the Jews of the Iberian Peninsular. Darchei HaGemara is a useful contribution to Talmudic methodology, attempting to provide a practical guide for teachers of the Talmud.
