The particular text of the Sepher Yetzirah that appears here (there are many), was directly authorized by the Vilna Gaon. Moreover, the Gaon also approved the commentary.  R. Yitzchak Eizik was a contemporary of the Gaon and studied in his Beth HaMedrash.
