Title-page inscribed and signed by the well-known editor of Hebrew books: שמואל בן יצחק פיהם  - Samuel Boehm. ff. 166. Browned and stained, title laid down. Contemporary vellum, worn, recased and rebacked. Folio. Vinograd, Venice 459. Venice, Bragadin, 1553 (erroneously recorded, 1653). The editor and publisher Samuel Boehm worked for Hebrew presses in Northern Italy before moving to Cracow in 1569 to join Isaac Prostitz's newly established press where he remained active until 1586.  Boehm was highly influential in the publishing of R. Yoseph Karo's Beth Yosef, he also worked on texts by R. Mosge Isserles and R. Avraham Zacuto.
