Rotterdam, Johannes Hofhout & Son, 1793. “Solemn prayers for the Jewish community in Rotterdam, on the occasion of the fortnightly prayers during the war with the French, began on 27 February 1793.” Unknown to Vinograd’s census of Hebrew books  whose first listed Rotterdam imprint is nineteen years after this.
