AN ILLUMINATED TIMURID QURAN MANUSCRIPT PAGE, PERSIA, 15TH CENTURY - One side presents an illuminated heading for Surat al-Talaq (Chapter of Divorce), executed in blue, gold, and pink pigments with floral and geometric motifs. The text includes the Basmala and is punctuated throughout with small, gold-leaf floral verse markers. The reverse side continues the script in the same hand with additional rosettes. The leaf is housed in a modern black frame with a double-sided glass mount for viewing both recto and verso. 32 x 25cm
