***Auction Highlight*** 1880-o Morgan Dollar $1 Graded ms64+ by SEGS. A little more than 5.3 million Morgan dollars were struck at the New Orleans Mint in the series' third year of issue. Only a few dozen examples, however, grade finer than this Plus-designated near-Gem. Both sides show good detail at the centers and satiny mint luster throughout. Essentially brilliant and untoned.
